How it's made
AdPix Trends is built from anonymous technical data that the AdPix tag already collects on websites in Iran. Here is what that means, and what we never publish.
Where the numbers come from
Browser, device, connection type, page speed and paid-click checks from websites that use AdPix Analytics. No page content and no visitor identity is used.
What we never publish
We never publish a website's, organization's or visitor's name, domain or ID. Every number is a total across the websites that took part that month, and each topic shows how many websites and visits stand behind it. While the network is small, a number can rest on only a few websites. Where there is no data, the page says “Not enough data”, never zero.
Comparing months
Changes compare the same websites in both months, so a website joining or leaving does not move the trend. The month-by-month line chains these changes.
The speed index
Each operator is compared with the national median on the same websites, using the time to the first byte of a page. 100 = the median; 120 = 20% faster.
VPN share is a lower bound
Only connections we can recognise as a VPN, proxy, Tor or hosting network are counted. The real share is higher.
Months
Persian pages follow the Iranian calendar; English pages follow Gregorian months. Each month is published a few days after it ends.
Opting out
A website owner can leave AdPix Trends at any time in AdPix Analytics: Admin › Account › Participate in AdPix Trends. The next edition leaves every website of that organization out.
